3.     Winching Services

If your vehicle gets stuck in snow or a ditch but can still move once it’s pulled out, TD Auto Club will cover the cost of the winching service. To make a claim, your vehicle must be within 20 kilometres of a Service Facility and located on or next to a regularly traveled road.

Please note that winching services do not apply on vehicles that couldn’t proceed on their power due to extra damages or the cost incurred to tow the vehicle to gain access out of a driveway/laneway covered with snow.

You also have the option to choose reimbursement if you are unable to get in touch with TD Auto Club or if they cannot secure the requested service for any reason. This will allow you to contact a different service provider of your choice.
